London · Hong Kong — est. six disciplines
Twenty years of systems.
Two cities. Six disciplines.
I'm Paul Singleton. I build the unglamorous infrastructure businesses actually run on — operations, automation, websites, search. The travel, media and music are what the systems pay for, and increasingly what they feed.
& running businesses
own trading business
Instagram & TikTok
& Hong Kong
Six disciplines, one operator
Three of these are a professional practice built over two decades. Two are where that practice meets a genuine passion. One is a side project I'm not going to pretend otherwise about. Knowing which is which is rather the point.
Business
Operator, not adviser — strategy and systems from someone still running businesses, not just advising them.

Every brief shot through two lenses: would this persuade a customer, and what would improve the experience. Drone included.

Music
A side project I take seriously — written, produced and released by one pair of hands, in English and Cantonese.

Named where possible, checkable where named
Client agreements keep some names off this site, so the front page leads with what anyone can verify: a live company registration, public collaborations, and numbers you can tap through and count.
A company, still trading
P&S (HK) Technology Company Limited — the Hong Kong sourcing business founded in 2009 and trading today. Checkable on the Hong Kong companies registry, which is rather the point.
The Bahrain hero reel
An overwater-villa drone reel from Hawar, Bahrain leading the @pikotw account — alongside an Arctic resort film from Lapland approaching 10K. Public, on the grid, countable.
Hilton Cabo Verde
Collaborative coverage with Hilton Cabo Verde and other hotel partners, published as collaborations on the account itself — not claimed, shown.
Licensed to sell travel
An independent travel advisor with InteleTravel UK: ABTA P7384, IATA 10-548020, CLIA 00-323643 — registrations anyone can look up. The travel content is backed by the licence to book what it shows.
The sample, live
The site you're reading is the web-design portfolio piece: hand-coded, no framework, no builder, no CMS — with Core Web Vitals you can test yourself right now, on the page making the claim.
A development, run properly
A Right to Manage takeover across 77 flats and three commercial units — governance, compliance and contractors for a £3m+ asset base, led from organising the leaseholders onwards.
Worldwide, from two hubs
Available worldwide: 60+ countries visited — and 95+ for my partner @fhyint. London and Hong Kong are the hubs with the fastest availability; everywhere else is a conversation, not a limit. The routes drawn here are a sample, not the map.
Drag it about. The model only downloads once you have scrolled this far, so it never touches the initial load — which is rather the point, given I sell page speed for a living.
The overlap is the whole argument
Running six disciplines under one name only makes sense if they feed each other, and these do. The automation work funds the studio time. The travel work is where the media work gets tested at volume. The SEO work is why anything gets found at all.
For a hotel, that means one person who can shoot the property and tell you why the booking page converts badly. For a business, it means the person building your automation has also spent twenty years watching what actually breaks.
Direct contact, no account manager, and the person you brief is the person doing the work.
Six things that don't change between disciplines
The work varies enormously. The standards behind it don't, and these are the ones worth stating out loud because they're the ones you can hold me to.
